  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. When the mustard is done well, then put urad in it and let it become light brown. Now put onion in it and let it turn light brown.
  • Now add capsicum in it also. Heat the water in a separate vessel, bring the carrot peas cabbage beans lightly in it, so that it becomes soft.
  • Now drain the water of all these boiled vegetables and mix it in the onion mixture. Add salt and mix well.
