Thibaut Nicolas Courtois (born 11 May 1992) is a Belgian professional footballer, who plays as a goalkeeper for the Spanish team Real Madrid and the Belgium national team. He is regarded as to be one of the top goalkeepers in football.
Courtois moved through the Genk youth academy. Genk at the age of 18 and, when he turned played a crucial role in Genk’s Belgian Pro League victory.
