Nokia 230 Nokia 6310 and Nokia 5310 Launched Date Price Specification– Nokia preparing to make a comeback. Finland’s leading mobile manufacturer Nokia is once again making full preparations to make a comeback in the feature phone market. HMD Global has launched three new basic phones of the company – Nokia 230, Nokia 6310 and Nokia 5310. All three models are inspired by the classic Nokia design, but have been upgraded to meet today’s times with hardware and software upgrades.
Design and display
The design of these three new Nokia phones is small and compact like the old classic Nokia phones. The distinctive look and feel of older Nokia phones has been retained here too. All have a 2.8-inch QVGA (320×240 pixels) resolution screen. Despite being small, the screen size is still enough for easy readability in landscape and portrait modes.
Hardware Specs
In terms of processor, Unisock 6531F chipset has been given in these three new Nokia phones. These are entry-level mobile processors but are quite effective for basic tasks like calling, messaging and infotainment. All three phones have 8MB RAM and 16MB internal storage. You can further increase the storage by inserting a memory card in it.
camera setup
There is a slight difference in the camera department. Nokia 230 has a 2MP front and rear camera, both of which also have LED flash. On the other hand, Nokia 6310 and 5310 have only a 0.3MP rear camera. This basic camera setup will not provide the best quality photo and video experience but is good enough for taking and displaying normal photos.

Battery and connectivity
In terms of battery, there is a lot of similarity in all three Nokia phones. Nokia 230 has a removable battery of 1450mAh. Nokia 6310 and 5310 also have the same battery. These phones have a 3.5mm headphone jack and USB Type-C port. This will give great battery life and will let you use the phone for a long time.
color option
The new Nokia phones have been brought in some classic as well as some new shades. Nokia 230 has been brought in two colors apart from the classic black and white. The Nokia 6310 will also come in a new green shade along with the classic black. Black/Red and White/Red color options will be available for Nokia 5310.
Prices
The prices of these three new Nokia feature phones have not been announced officially yet. However, considering the feature phone market and their specifications, they are likely to be launched in the price segment between Rs 2,000 to Rs 3,500. The company will soon announce their prices and availability in other markets including India.
Target Market and Competition
These new Nokia basic phones are mainly targeting those who only need calling and messaging and do not want to use many special features like a smartphone. These do not have any special smart features, gaming capabilities or great cameras. But these will be promoted as maximum benefits with low price and excellent battery backup.
