Surely you must have made or eaten Aloo Tikki at home, but have you ever eaten or made Moong Dal Aloo Tikki? If not, then today we have brought you an easy recipe to make Moong Dal and Aloo Tikki, which you can serve as a snack.

How to make-

  • To make delicious Moong Dal Tikki, first clean the lentils thoroughly and wash and soak it overnight.
  • Also, take off the peel of the potato and wash it well and keep it to boil. ,arabic tikkis,
  • When the potatoes boil, mash the potatoes. Then grind the dal also.
  • Now put mashed potatoes, ground moong dal, green chili paste, roasted cumin powder, amchur powder and rock salt in a bowl.
  • Now mix all these spices well and then make tikkis of this mixture.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and fry the tikkis well till they turn brown.
  • Try not to make the tikkis too thick as thick tikkis will not be crispy.
  • Now take it out in a plate and add green coriander, mint chutney Serve hot with

Material

  • 150 grams – Moong dal
  • 150 grams – boiled potatoes
  • 9 – Green chili paste
  • 1 tsp- cumin powder
  • Pinch – amchur powder
  • According to taste – rock salt
  • Oil for frying

Method

Step 1
