How to make-
- To make delicious Moong Dal Tikki, first clean the lentils thoroughly and wash and soak it overnight.
- Also, take off the peel of the potato and wash it well and keep it to boil. ,arabic tikkis,
- When the potatoes boil, mash the potatoes. Then grind the dal also.
- Now put mashed potatoes, ground moong dal, green chili paste, roasted cumin powder, amchur powder and rock salt in a bowl.
- Now mix all these spices well and then make tikkis of this mixture.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry the tikkis well till they turn brown.
- Try not to make the tikkis too thick as thick tikkis will not be crispy.

- 150 grams – Moong dal
- 150 grams – boiled potatoes
- 9 – Green chili paste
- 1 tsp- cumin powder
- Pinch – amchur powder
- According to taste – rock salt
