  • Sev puri/flat puri – 10-12

  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Garlic – 1 tsp chopped
  • Ginger – 1 tsp chopped
  • Green chili – 1 chopped
  • Onion-1 chopped
  • Boiled Chicken Cubes – 1/2 cup
  • Paneer cubes – 1/2 cup
  • Candied boondi – 1/4 cup
  • Green capsicum – 1/2 chopped
  • Tomato – 1/2 chopped
  • Manchurian Sauce-3 tsp.
  • Schezwan chutney – 2-3 tsp
  • Tamarind chutney – 1- tsp
  • Chaat masala powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp. uncut
  • Lemon juice – 1-2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Nylon Sev – 2-3 tbsp

  • Chopped coriander – 2 tsp

  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp
  • salt to taste

  • Olive oil – 2 tsp
