Are you dehydrated? It can drain your energy and make you feel foggy throughout the day. Keeping yourself hydrated is one of the important steps for better health and leading a better life.

For this, you can wash and store eggs, chopped vegetables and fruits. Add a variety of berries and kale to a delicious snack. I love grilling chicken breasts, making a big batch of black bean quinoa salad, and chopping up sweet potatoes for easy-to-bake fries. Keep these things in the fridge to make a quick smoothie in the morning or afternoon with Greek yogurt, frozen fruit and coconut water.
Habit No.-3: Daily Activity of 30 Minutes
People often think that if they can’t go to the gym, their day’s workout is ruined. The truth is that you can do many types of activities at home too. walking from meeting to meeting, gardening, grocery shopping, walking the dog, climbing stairs Adi is only part of the workout.
