The maximum temperature has gone up to 52.6 degree Celsius.
The summer season will continue now, but there is also a good news
The Meteorological Department has told that the summer season is going to continue in various states. There is no hope of getting relief soon. But there is a good news as well. Actually, this time the rain situation is expected to improve slightly. So far, there has been 32 percent less rain than normal across the country since March.
This time in the month of May, there is a possibility of 109 percent rain i.e. more than normal. Maximum Temprature will be above normal in West, Central, Northwest. Apart from this, the minimum temperature is also going to be higher than normal in Northwest, Central, East.

The mercury crossed 47 degrees in UP
Banda in Uttar Pradesh recorded a temperature of 47.4 degree Celsius on the previous day. Apart from this, the highest temperature for the month was recorded in many other places as well. In many places the mercury crossed 46 degree Celsius. In UP’s Pryagaraj, Jhansi and Lucknow, the temperature was recorded at 46.8 °C, 46.2 °C and 45.1 °C respectively.
In Haryana’s Gurugram and Madhya Pradesh’s Satna, the highest temperatures of this month were recorded at 45.9 °C and 45.3 °C. At the same time, in other places, the maximum temperature was recorded at 46.4 °C at Sports Complex Observatory in Delhi, 46.4 °C in Sriganganagar in Rajasthan, 46.2 °C in Naogaon in Madhya Pradesh and 46.4 °C in Chandrapur in Maharashtra.
