  • To make Chhaina Kebab, first of all you have to prepare Chhaina (Chenna Kofta Curry Recipe) at home. For this, heat the milk and when it comes to a boil, add lemon juice to it, which will cause the milk to burst.
  • Filter the milk with a muslin cloth, which will separate the chena and water. To separate the chena from the remaining water of milk, hang it by hanging it in a cloth for 15 minutes, so that all its water will come out and separate.
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. You have to prepare dough by kneading these ingredients. Make balls by giving the prepared dough the shape of kebabs. You can make them in any shape you like.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add kebabs one by one on low flame. Let the kebabs cook on low flame and cook them till they become golden brown.
  • As soon as you see the kebabs getting crispy, take them out from the pan. Garnish with green coriander on top and serve hot.

Material

  • Milk – 1/2 kg
  • Lemon juice – 4 tsp
  • Cardamom – 2
  • Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp or as required
  • Besan – 1 tsp
  • finely chopped onion – 1
  • Green chili – as per taste
  • Green Coriander chopped – as per taste
  • Bread Crumbs – 1 cup
  • oil – as required

Method

Step 1

To prepare chenna at home, heat milk and add lemon juice to it when it comes to a boil. When the milk breaks down, filter it and separate the water.

Step 2

After separating the water, hang the chenna by hanging it in a cloth for 15 minutes. As soon as its water separates, mix it in all the ingredients.

Step 3

Make a dough by mixing all the ingredients together and make balls out of it and give it the shape of a kebab.

Step 4

Put oil in the pan and let it heat up and add the kebabs one by one. When the kebabs are cooked, take them out and serve them hot.
