Ciro Immobile Cavaliere OMRI (born 20 February 1990) was an Italian professional footballer who is a striker for Serie A team Lazio and the Italy national team.

Immobile started his career at Sorrento. He joined Sorrento in 2009 and got bought by Juventus in the following year, and then transferred to 3 Serie B clubs, including Pescara and Pescara, where he took home the league title in the top-scoring position before his move to Genoa in the year 2012. After a brief stint with Genoa, he made the move to Juventus as their rivals Torino. In Torino, he was awarded the Capocannoniere award for being the top scorer during Serie A. After his breakthrough season at Torino, He was then transferred to German club Borussia Dortmund for around EUR18 million in 2014. In 2014, he was awarded the DFL Supercup after which he moved to Spanish soccer club Sevilla in the year 2015. After the end of 2016, Sevilla was returned to Torino on loan but was transferred to Lazio in July of the same year. In his second season with Lazio, he was awarded the Capocannoniere for the second time, scoring 29 goals in just 33 games. This season, 2019-20 was among the most prolific in Immobile’s playing career. He broke the record for the most Serie A goals in a year with 36. He was awarded a third Capocannoniere trophy as well as the first European Golden Shoe, given to the highest-scoring player in Europe. Immobile has also been awarded the Coppa Italia title and 2 Supercoppa Italiana titles with Lazio. Immobile is Lazio’s current ever scoring goalscorer.
