On May 18, Elizabeth Marz spoke in support of Amber Heard. His testimony was demonstrated through a video testimony in Virginia’s Fairfax court.
Marz said the couple visited Heard in their Los Angeles loft in 2016. She also added that Depp entered the apartment looking dilapidated, she added.
Marz immediately described her reaction when she saw Depp sitting down with Heard. He said the Pirates of the Caribbean star mumbled ‘Get your *** out of here’.

Marz also testified, ‘She ran into the unit and scared me a lot because she was drunk and screaming.’
“If a grown man came at you and said, ‘Get your ass out of here,’ and he’s rocking a big bottle of wine, I’m sure everybody would… run away,” he added.
She claimed that she was hiding from Depp after he suddenly attacked her and was afraid of what the 58-year-old star would do to her.
He said that after the whole incident, Heard was a mess and had scars on his face.
Marz claimed that some of the couple’s friends cleaned up the mess Depp had created. She left the attic after another alleged argument with Heard.

The incident reportedly took place on May 21, 2016. Marz described Depp as “combatant” and “sad” on the day he allegedly attacked Heard.
Like all of Heard and Depp’s friends, Marz stated that he had never seen firsthand the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory actor harassing the Aquaman star.
