The brutal defamation lawsuit between ex-spouses Johnny Depp and Amber Heard resumed this week. Heard took the stand to continue his statement.
Regardless, a clip of the actor getting off the bench and leaving the courtroom went viral online.
Heard reportedly left the court after being cross-examined by Johnny Depp’s lawyer, Camille Vasquez.
When the judges asked Heard’s lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft, to question the actress further, she said she had nothing to ask.
The judge then told Heard to leave the witness stand and sit next to his lawyer. Instead, Heard walked out of the courtroom after getting off the bench.
Internet users claimed that the episode was a harsh attack on the judge.

Camille Vasquez questioned Amber Heard about her 2018 column.
He asked the actress to confirm the year Johnny Depp filed a defamation lawsuit. Heard responded by saying, ‘He sued me in 2019.
Vasquez later discussed the timeline of the op-ed’s release and the couple’s official divorce.
He asked Heard about the amount he received after the divorce settlement.
In an interview in 2018, Heard claimed that he would donate all of the $7 million he would receive after his divorce to a charity.
Vasquez angered the actress and said, “You’re sitting here today, Miss Heard, you still haven’t donated the seven million dollar divorce settlement to charity.”
Depp’s lawyer also questioned the validity of the photos Heard’s legal team had previously submitted to the court. The photos were presented as evidence of Heard’s alleged harassment by Depp.
Camille Vasquez continued to accuse Heard of deliberately increasing the saturation of the images to make the bruises appear more red.
The lawyer then called the cops. They confirmed that they saw no sign of Heard during the night of the alleged attack by Depp.
Depp and Heard’s attic doorman, Alejandro Romero, was also brought in to testify. He also confirmed that Heard had no bruises on his face.
